What is your Return Policy?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
We accept a return for a refunds for t-shirts, clothing, & other types of apparel only within a 7 day period from **website purchases only. This period begins on the date you receive your package.\
Please email us the reason(s) and photograph(s) at PaintJuicyApparel@gmail.com within 7 days to accelerate the process.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection (should the item show that it has been worn, damaged–not due to Paint Juicy, or stained due to usage) of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
**NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR POP UP SHOPS, SPECIAL EVENTS, TABLE EVENTS, COMMUNITY EVENTS. ~ This is because the nature of these events does not allow for refund support.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective/wrong/stained item, please email us through our online form or at paintjuicyapparel@gmail.com within 7 days before returning anything so we can process the return for you and provide you information for your return. \\
Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A return address will be provided for you via email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. \\
